✈ Why I Created She Travel
I created She Travel first and foremost because I love to travel. Over the years, while exploring the world on my own, I’ve met many women who have faced unnecessary challenges simply because they were traveling solo.
From being charged extra at hotels for not booking a double room — yes, it still happens — to being denied entry to restaurants because the minimum reservation was for two guests, these experiences are far more common than they should be. And, of course, one of the most frequent concerns is safety: how do we create safe spaces on the other side of the world, in that dream destination we’ve been longing to visit?
These are not questions I ask myself alone — they are just the tip of the iceberg of what women travelers need to consider. Through She Travel, I want to share practical advice, honest tips, and real stories that address these issues and many more as they arise.
I believe change is coming — a change that will bring more freedom, safety, and confidence to women travelers everywhere. This blog is my way of contributing to that movement, empowering women to explore the world on their own terms, without limits.
